Time flew!

How has it been one year since my last post!? Guessing the world of parenting and working took over any time to think about blogging.

This past year I expanded into adding custom tumblers. Doing glittered tumblers as a group party option just isn't done in the craft world. I had so many of you ask if they could be a workshop so I experimented a few times and kept tweaking based on feedback and experience. I must say I LOVE that you encouraged me to make this addition happen because it is a HIT! Guests love the shared experience and the results. You keep coming back for more and it WARMS my heart.

This spring my oldest with graduate from high school. I'm sure planning for this next season in her life will push me in ways I've yet to predict. Our youngest in 1st grade always talks about when Ashley "leaves for college". We talk about it a lot, the mailman reminds us daily as he delivers college "junk mail" of what is to come. I'm not sure our youngest fully realizes the scope of what it will be like to have her missing from our day-to-day lives.

I do what I do because I love meeting you and your friends. I love helping you relax and unwind, giving you an opportunity to just BE. To pretend there isn't laundry at home, dishes in the sink, kids to put to bed, or remembering there isn't kids home anymore to talk to. Everyone has a story, and I love hearing your stories and seeing your pride when you are finished with a project. My only regret, is my memory! I wish my brain could remember names and faces better. Something has always been broken in that area of my brain., and it is getting worse, not better. I appreciate your patience as I don't know how to fix that.

You have a GREAT 2019. I thank you for supporting me and my business. I really do believe 2019 will be the year I get to FINALLY get to replace my piano. This has been my dream for many years. You will all see my tear stained, joy-filled face when that day arrives!!!
